Sharifa Lafon (she/her) is an artist-facilitator and community organizer working as a curator and educator, who occasionally gets to make art too.
Her current roles include serving as the executive director and curator at Denver Digerati, a 501(c)(3) that specializes in emergent media, as a lecturer in the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Colorado Denver, and as a board member volunteering for Tilt West and the Colorado Committee for the National Museum of Women in the Arts (CCNMWA). She holds a MH in Visual Studies, a BA in Art History, and a BFA in Photography from the University of Colorado Denver.
